Shipping

We provide complimentary shipping within Canada and the Contiguous USA on all orders over $200.

Orders ship weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays with Purolator or Xpresspost. If Overnight service is selected, the order will be shipped as soon as possible. Please note that any order placed after 12:00 p.m. will be scheduled for the next shipping day.

For insurance reasons, an adult signature will be required for delivery. If you have any concerns about timing, the JOULES team will be happy to discuss secure delivery alternatives.

The Complimentary shipping policy applies once per order. Any additional shipment (for example, after resizing) will be charged at cost for the shipping service selected.

International buyers are responsible for any import taxes, custom duties, local taxes, or other fees incurred when importing jewellery.

 

Ring Sizing

Ring resizing takes 10 to 15 days and starts at $50 per alteration; additional fees may be charged depending on the specific piece and the process required. The cost depends on labour and any additional material needed. Several styles cannot be altered – they need to be custom-made to fit.

Note that sizing a ring will add additional time to your order. Please email us if you would like details about resizing a specific piece. Custom orders, including resized rings, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Rings purchased elsewhere cannot be resized at JOULES. Thank you for understanding.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and we will do all we can to ensure that you are.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept an exchange or return on regular stock items. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for instructions on how to initiate an exchange or return.

Items must be returned unused, unaltered, undamaged and be in the original gift box to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Personalised, custom-designed, discounted and sales items cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Deposits are entirely non-refundable.

Returns must be well wrapped and padded (allowing no movement between jewels or within boxes) and secured in a sturdy shipping box. Labels must be prepaid and fully insured with signature required. Please notify the JOULES team in advance so that we can specify the address to which the piece should be returned. Thank you for your attention to this!

Once the piece is returned in its original condition, the JOULES team will initiate a refund based on that order’s original payment method. Please note that the refund may need to be issued in the form of a JOULES Gift Card (for example, if the piece was purchased with a JOULES Gift Card or if the above conditions are not met). The JOULES team handles every order and return personally; don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

All returns will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of $40. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please note that higher rates may apply for orders returning from outside Canada.

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt; an email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been initiated. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
